PlayRank Matrix is an independent Canadian games guide. Our editorial team researches game categories, compares the information publishers make available, and writes practical explanations for readers. We welcome questions about our editorial approach, suggestions for topics, and reports that a guide may be unclear or out of date.
For editorial questions, write to [email protected]. Send privacy requests to [email protected]. Our usual review hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Eastern Time, excluding Canadian public holidays. We aim to answer email within two business days and to review correction requests within five business days. If research takes longer, we will let you know when we can.
Our editors can explain material published in this guide, but cannot recover a game account, change a publisher’s decision, or resolve billing and payment disputes. For those issues, contact the game or service publisher through its official support channel. Do not send account credentials to us.

Use the form for a question, suggestion, or correction. A useful correction identifies the page and the point that needs attention, then gives a concise explanation or a reliable public reference. We review submissions before changing editorial material; sending a report does not guarantee that a listing or article will be changed.

What happens after you write?
We sort messages by subject so editorial questions and privacy requests reach the appropriate team. When reporting an error, describe what you saw and where you saw it; a short, specific note is easier to assess than a general report. We may ask a follow-up question if the page, game, or issue is not clear. Please avoid sending private information about another person.
Can you help with a publisher account?
We do not operate the games featured in our guides and cannot access player accounts or publisher payment systems. Use the publisher’s official support process for account access, purchases, refunds, or gameplay disputes.
Can I request a correction or privacy review?
Yes. Send editorial corrections to [email protected] with the relevant page and details. Send privacy enquiries to [email protected]. We review each request in context and aim to acknowledge correction reports within five business days.
